Pasteurised Toned Milk
The product is enriched with Vitamins A and D and is packaged in premium food-grade pouches. It contains a minimum of 3.5% fat and 8.5% solids-not-fat, making it an excellent source of protein, calcium, riboflavin, folate, and other essential vitamins and minerals. Available in two convenient pack sizes: 500ml and 1000ml.
Chhana (Paneer)
Our ready-to-cook paneer is characterized by its high fat content and low moisture levels, ensuring a smooth, uniform texture and delightful softness. Rich in both protein and fat, it offers nutritional benefits in every serving. Available in a convenient 200g pack size, this paneer is ideal for a variety of dishes.
Milk Cream
This milk cream is specially produced from the high-butterfat layer, ensuring it is at least 40% rich in fat. It is processed to achieve a smooth consistency and a rich taste that enhances any dish it accompanies. Available in convenient pack sizes of 200ml and 400ml, it is perfect for both small and large culinary needs.
Ghee
This ghee is specially made from cow's milk, resulting in its distinct golden yellow color. Manipur Milk Producers’ Co-operative Union Ltd.
Manipur Milk Producers’ Co-operative Union Ltd. was established in the year 1985 and registered with the Registrar of Co-operative Societies, Government of Manipur under the Manipur Sate Co-operative Act 1976, bearing Registration Number: 5 of 1987. It was originally registered as an apex co-operative body in the name and style as ‘Manipur State Co-operative Milk processing & Marketing Federation Ltd.’ It was affiliated by two District Milk Co-operative Unions of two Hill districts viz Ukhrul and Senapati and a number of Village level Primary Dairy Co-operative societies spread over the entire valley areas of the state. In pursuit of its objectives, the state dairy Federation, in the initial years, started milk business by collection and selling of fresh milk produce of some of its affiliated village dairy co-operative societies. However, the business could not sustain due to lack of milk processing and storage facilities
